Build it and they will come......I opened The Yak Yarnery in July 2021 with a very small collection of merino, yak, nylon blend wool. It was crazy to name an entire business after one little collection. But oh how I love the yak wool. Stewart Smith found his passion for raising this magnificent beast and somehow our paths crossed. Stewart raises his yaks and harvests their fibre on his local farm Strive Natural Farms. After much work the fruits of his labour are now available for you, my fibre friend to enjoy.
